On the 4th Oct – the Feast of St Francis of Assisi, Bishop Michael concelebrated a Thanksgiving Mass that concluded a week’s festivities honouring the 70th Annivaerary of the St Francis of Assisi Home and the arrival of the Franciscan Sisters to the diocese.
A two-week immersion experience with Catholic Education – Diocese of Rockhampton for visiting Indian priests Fr Sebastian Michael and Fr Sebastin Panampuzha Joseph, has provided an invaluable opportunity to share information and exchange ideas and approaches to Catholic education.
