The grand finale was nothing short of spectacular. Over 100 musicians came together to form a mass band that performed adrenaline-pumping renditions of “Crazy Train” and “Born to Be Wild.”
The delectable aroma of Italian cooking and the hubbub of friendly chitter chatter floated over bubbling pots out through the Mercy Centre windows when 53 young people of The Cathedral College (TCC) prepared meals for Rockhampton’s families in need.
Once again, it is the time of year when we seek your generous support for the conservation of St Joseph’s Cathedral.
This month we welcomed a ‘Companion of the Society of St Joseph’, a longstanding parishioner who gave a gift in their Will.

The Diocese now has a Containers for Change account C11132635 that has been set up for people wanting to donate to Woorabinda Ministry.
It has been a real joy to visit our parishes over these past two weeks. I have visited the parishes of the Valleys for Confirmation and last week the parishes of the Peak Downs.
