Family, friends and Sisters of Mercy gathered on Friday 5 July 2024 in Our Lady of Good Counsel Chapel, The Range, Rockhampton to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of two members, namely Sisters Dominica Camilleri and Margaret Dixon who were professed on 29 August 1964.
Mona Milliken, who currently lives at Sunset Ridge, Zilzie, celebrated her 100th birthday with the baptism of he great grand daughter.

Throughout the year, St Brendan’s College embodies its touchstones and values, yet during Catholic Education Week, the college pauses to commemorate the milestones achieved within its community.
While SBC didn’t walk away with the shield this year, the highlight of the carnival was the recognition of Captain Simon Green, who was named in the Queensland Confraternity side at lock forward.
