News from the Cathedral Parish

It was a very special occasion when The Cathedral College long term staff member Roy Thompson was welcomed into the Catholic church and baptised at the Sacraments Mass in St Joseph’s Cathedral. Sponsored by Phillip Bauman, Roy was also Confirmed and received first Eucharist joined by two other TCC staff members Ethan Rose and Mikala Van Der Werff, six students Zac Connor, Grace Fraser, Peighton Lorraway, Haylee Micallef, Sean Tucker, Bryce Van Der Werff and past student and Bishop Office employee Holly Tucker. The Mass was presided by Bishop Michael and all members were warmly welcomed and encouraged in their faith journey by the Cathedral Parish of St Joseph together with The Cathedral College.
