Parish Overview

The current Cathedral Parish of St Joseph was formed through the joining together of seven smaller parishes (many with several communities). The parish comprises a variety of communities – city and country, large and small – each with its own unique character. Ministry groups in the parish vary from those which cater simply for their own local community to those which span the whole parish and even link into regional ministry groups. The parish team is small but the network of volunteers is extensive and growing year by year.
