Bishop Michael’s Pastoral visit to Parish of North Mackay and Northern Beaches took place last week.
Confirmation was celebrated at St Joseph’s Church Thursday 26th May 6pm, Friday 27th May 5pm and 7pm. Bishop Michael Confirmed 151 Children. It was a busy time for him as he also celebrated the Weeke
nd Masses at St Joseph’s and St Brendan’s.
During the 9am Sunday Mass at St Joseph’s, Bishop Michael was presented with a gift to acknowledge the Eighth anniversary of his Episcopal Ordination.
Morning tea was held after the 9am Sunday Mass at St Joseph’s, where Bishop Michael cut an Anniversary cake and shared morning tea with Parishioners.
