The Feminine Call to Holiness
The Feminine Call to Holiness was presented by Fr Andrew Chase at Tannum Sands – St Peter Chanel Catholic Church, Francis Way.
Fr Chase spoke about how being Holy is our Faith Journey and we should not feel embarrassed when referred to as Holy but continue on this pathway. We might think that we are not good enough for this mantle but being led by the Holy Spirit and commitment to our Faith makes us who we are.
Honouring St John the Baptist
The children of St John the Baptist primary school celebrated the evening mass at the Star of the Sea to celebrate St John the Baptist. It was incredible to listen to the perfect reading of the Prayers of the Faithful by the Year 1 students. They showed respect and beautiful manners as they placed the gifts that God gives us in our daily lives.
