2023 Confirmation and First Holy Communion

On Saturday 28th October in Blackwater and Sunday 29th, at Duaringa, Bishop Michael McCarthy conferred the Sacrament of Confirmation on some of the young people from our parish communities. The young people also received Jesus in Holy Communion for the first time. A celebratory shared meal was held after the Mass in each community.
