Summer Camp for High School Students

At the start of the year our diocese took a group of 43 high school students to Ignite Summer Camp for 5 days of great live music, fun activities, and growing in faith. The students who attended had a great time making new friends from around the diocese and beyond, learning new things about themselves and their faith, and having new experiences.
Our diocese is returning to summer camp in January 2022, and registrations are now open. The camp runs from 13th to 16th of January but our group will travel to the campsite on the 12th of January so we are ready to go when the camp starts on the morning of the 13th. Transport will be provided from Rockhampton, Gladstone and Gin Gin (for those from Bundaberg and the Valleys Region). If there’s sufficient interest from other areas then we can look at further transport options.

Fill out the appropriate registration details which will be Rockhampton Boys/Girls Ticket. Then select the ‘place order’ button at the bottom of the page to complete your order. Last year this event sold out and it is expected to sell out again, so register soon to make sure you don’t miss out. The total cost to come with our group is $310, this is $10 more than the regular registration, which helps cover transport and an extra night’s dinner and accommodation.
