Fulfillment for Presentation Associates

Presentation Associates, along with Sr Mary Franzmann and Sr Marion Kingston, gathered on 17 November in Yeppoon to bring to closure their formal Association.
The Presentation Associates were founded in 2008 under the guidance of Sr Andrea McGrath.
With the Presentation Sisters ‘coming to fulfillment’ in Queensland, the Associates also deemed it was time to formally conclude. Fr Matthew Moloney led a moving blessing at Sacred Heart Yeppoon’s Sunday morning Mass. All Associates, along with those who are part of Presentation education, were invited to the front of the church for a final blessing. It was particularly moving when the blessing was sung by all present for Sr Mary and Sr Marion.
Following Mass, the Associates and the Sisters met for their final meeting and a heartfelt closing ritual. As a memento, a parting gift was presented to the Sisters and Associates on behalf of St Ursula’s College.
