Appointment of First Nations Ministry Coordinator

The Diocese of Rockhampton is pleased to announce the appointment of a First Nations Ministry Coordinator, Sabrina Stevens, who begins duties today, the 17th February, in the diocese. Sabrina will be working for three days a week in this role and for a day a week for Caritas.
Sabrina is a Kuku Yalanji and Yidinji woman from Cairns.
Sabrina will work closely with the bishop in this role and is directly responsible to the bishop.
The diocese and the bishop warmly welcomes this new position within the diocesan ministries and welcomes Sabrina.
Sabrina has been recently employed by Caritas as their youth person.
