Bishop Michael’s Visit to TCC

Bishop Michael McCarthy recently stepped back into the Science lab when he visited The Cathedral College Year 12 Chemistry Class as part of his Diocesan school tour with Director of Catholic Education Michael McCusker. Taking a keen interest in their subject matter Bishop Michael shared his love of scientific learning with the students, having worked as a scientist in his early adult years.
Boarding, Middle School and College leaders also met with the Special guests and touring entourage including College Chaplain Fr Ashwin Acharya and Assistant Director: Rockhampton Schools Mike Kelso for an opportunity to share their educational experience and their goals for the future.
